Ingredients For Tawa Biryani:
Sufi cooking oil ¼ Cup
Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
Laung (Cloves) 3-4
Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 small
Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 tbs
Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2
Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
Simply Sufi boneless handi 250 gms
Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
Podina (Mint leaves) chopped ¼ Cup
Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs
Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp or as required
Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
Pyaz (Onion) fried 1-2 tbs
Chawal (Rice) Basmati 1 Cup (soaked & boiled until ¾ th done)

Sufi cooking oil ½ tbs
Directions For Tawa Biryani:
First of all on a griddle, add sufi cooking oil, cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom, bay leaves, cumin seeds and mix well.
Add onion and fry until golden brown.
Add tomato and mix well.
Add ginger and mix well.
Add green chilies and mix well.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.
Pat dry simply sufi boneless handi with a kitchen towel or tissue paper.
Add simply sufi boneless handi and mix well until changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add mint leaves, fresh coriander and mix well.
Add salt,garam masala powder and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done.
Add lemon juice, mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.
In yogurt, add yellow food color, mix well and add in it.
Add mint leaves, fried onion, boiled rice, fried onion, mint leaves, remaining boiled ice, remaining yogurt+food color, fried onion and sufi cooking oil.
At the end cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
