How To Cook Chocolate Brownie Recipe Video Tutorial
Ingredients For Chocolate Brownie:
Take Anday (Eggs) 2 large
Take Caster sugar ¾ Cup
Take Makhan (Butter) unsalted ½ Cup (100 gms) room temperature
Take Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
Take Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Take Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
Take Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup
Take Icing sugar
Directions For Chocolate Brownie:
First of all In a bowl, add eggs, caster sugar and beat for 2-3 minutes.
Then Add butter and beat until well combined.
Then Add salt, vanilla essence, cocoa powder and beat well.
Then Add all-purpose flour and fold it with the help of the spatula.
Then In 8 x 8-inch baking pan, place butter paper and pour prepared batter, spread evenly and tab baking pan for 2-3 times on working counter.
Then Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 20-25 minutes
Then Insert a toothpick/stick in a baked brownie, if it comes clean, the brownie is ready.
Then Let it cool down and cut into desired pieces.
Then Sprinkle icing sugar & serve!
At the end that Can be stored for up to 2-3 days in an airtight container on a shelf and can be freeze for up to 1 month than thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
