How To Cook Street Style Mini Bun Kabab Recipe Video Tutorial


Ingredients For Street Style Mini Bun Kabab:

  1. Take Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
  2. Take Hari mirch (Green chili) 1
  3. Take Tamtar (Tomato) 1 medium
  4. Take Cooking oil 1 tbs
  5. Take Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
  6. Take Tikka masala 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
  7. Take Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium
  8. Take Cooking oil
  9. Take Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled handful
  10. Take Pani (Water)
  11. Take Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs
  12. Take Lemon juice ½ tsp
  13. Take Cooking oil
  14. Take Small buns 8
  15. Take Hari chutney (Green chutney)
  16. Take Pyaz (Onion)
  17. Take Chaat masala

Directions For Street Style Mini Bun Kabab:

  1. First of all chop onion, green chili, tomato & set aside.
  2. Then On a griddle, add cooking oil, cumin seeds and mix
  3. Take Add onion and fry until translucent.
  4. Take Add green chili, tomato and mix well, cover and cook until tomatoes are soft.
  5. Take Add tikka masala and mix well.
  6. Take Add potato and mash well.
  7. Take Add cooking oil and mix well.
  8. Take Add chickpeas and water, mix & mash well.
  9. Take Add water and mix well, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Take Add lemon juice and mix well.
  11. Take On a griddle, add cooking oil and toast the bun.
  12. Take On a bun, add potato & chickpea mixture, green chutney, onion, chaat masala and top with another bun (makes 8).
  13. At the end add cooking oil, gain fry bun kabab and serve with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
