How To Cook Chicken Joojeh Kabab Recipe Video Tutorial

Ingredients For Chicken Joojeh Kabab:

  1. Take Chicken boneless ½ kg 
  2. Take Dahi (Yogurt) hanged ½ Cup 
  3. Take Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 2 tsp
  4. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  5. Take Mayonnaise 2 tbs (optional) 
  6. Take Pyaz (Onion) diced 2 medium 
  7. Take Red bell pepper cubes ½ Cup 
  8. Take Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tbs 
  9. Take Lemon juice 5-6 tbs 
  10. Take Zafran (Saffron) 2 pinches 
  11. Take Garam pani (Hot water) 1 tbs 
  12. Take Oil 2 tbs 
  13. Take Charcoal (Koyla) for smoke

Directions For Chicken Joojeh Kabab:

  1. First of all In a bowl, add chicken, yogurt, turmeric powder, salt, mayonnaise, onion, red bell pepper, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
  2. Then In saffron, add hot water and mix well.
  3. Then Add dissolve saffron and mix well.
  4. Then Cover and let it marinate for 6 hours to overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Then Thread onion, red bell pepper, and chicken boneless cubes into skewers and basting with the remaining marinade (makes 10-12).
  6. Then Heat the grill pan and add oil, grill skewers from all sides until done and give a coal smoke for 2 minutes
  7. At the Last Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.
