How To Cook Healthy Spinach Omelet Recipe Video Tutorial


Ingredients For Healthy Spinach Omelet:


  1. Anday (Eggs) 3 
  2. Pani (Water) 1 tbs 
  3. Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp 
  4. Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste 
  5. Olive oil ½ tsp 
  6. Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ¼ tsp 
  7. Palak (Spinach) 1 Cup 
  8. Namak (Salt) 1 pinch 
  9. Makhan (Butter) 1 Tsp
  10. Feta cheese 
  11. Kali Mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp

Directions For Healthy Spinach Omelet:


  1. In a jug, add eggs, water, black pepper powder and salt, whisk well & set aside.
  2. In frying pan, add olive oil, garlic, and spinach,sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and mix well then set aside.
  4. In frying pan, add butter and let it melt, add omelet mixture and spread it.
  5. Cover and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add cooked spinach, feta cheese, black pepper crushed and fold, cover and cook on low flame for 1 more minute.
