Ingredients For Egg Salad Sandwich:

  1. Take Anday (Eggs) hard boiled 6 
  2. Take Dahi (Yogurt) strained 2 tbs 
  3. Take Mustard paste 1 tbs 
  4. Take Lemon juice ½ tsp 
  5. Take Mixed herbs ½ tsp
  6. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  7. Take Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp 
  8. Take Pickled jalapenos finely chopped 2 tsp
  9. Take Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 tbs 
  10. Take Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Tsp
  11. Take Brown bread slices toasted 
  12. Take Paprika powder to sprinkle 
  13. Take Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)

Directions For Egg Salad Sandwich:

  1. First of all, boil eggs with salt until hard and remove the shells.
  2. Then cut eggs into two halves and separates egg yolks & egg whites.
  3. In a bowl, add egg yolks, yogurt, mustard paste, lemon juice, mixed herbs, salt and black pepper powder, mix well.
  4. Then Add pickled jalapenos, onion, fresh coriander and mix well.
  5. Then Chop egg whites and add in a bowl and give it a good mix.
  6. At the end on toasted bread slice, spread mixture, sprinkle paprika powder, fresh coriander & serve.
