How To Cook Fry Bread Recipe Video Tutorial


Ingredients For Fry Bread:

  1. Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups 
  2. Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs 
  3. Namak (Salt) ½ tsp 
  4. Baking powder 2 Tsp
  5. Oil 2 tbs 
  6. Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup or as required 
  7. Cooking oil for frying

Directions For Fry Bread:

  1. In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, caster sugar, salt, baking powder and mix well.
  2. Add oil and mix.
  3. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. Add oil and knead the dough again.
  5. Take a small dough and make a ball, sprinkle dry flour and rolled out with the help of rolling pin.
  6. Prick with a fork (makes 6-8).
  7. In frying pan, add heat cooking oil and fry dough from both sides until golden brown.
