Ingredients For Smoothies:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie


  1. Take Ice cubes 6-8 
  2. Take Banana 2 large 
  3. Take Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup 
  4. Take Peanut butter 2 tbs 
  5. Take Horlicks chocolate powder 2 tbs 
  6. Take Shahad (Honey) 2 tbs or to taste

Almonds & Dates Smoothie


  1. Take Khajure (Dates) soft & deseeded 8-10 
  2. Take Instant oats 3-4 tbs 
  3. Take Badam (Almonds) crushed 19-20 
  4. Take Shahad (Honey) ½ tsp or to taste 
  5. Take Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup 
  6. Take Ice cubes 6-8 
  7. Take Horlicks classic malt powder 2 tbs

Directions For Smoothies:

In blender jar,add ice cubes,banana,yogurt,peanut butter,Horlicks chocolate powder,honey & blend until smooth.

Almonds & Dates Smoothie

In a blender jar, add dates, instant oats, almonds, honey, milk, ice cubes, Horlicks malt powder & blend until smooth.
