How To Cook Mutton Jalfrezi Recipe Video Tutorial

Ingredients For Mutton Jalfrezi:
Take Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
Take Laung (Cloves) 4
Take Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
Take Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
Take Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
Take Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
Take Pyaz (Onion) grinded 1 medium
Take Mutton boneless cubes ½ kg
Take Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
Take Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
Take Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
Take Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
Take Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Take Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
Take Tamatar (Tomato) grinded 2 medium
Take Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups or as required
Take Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Take Hari mirch (Green chili) julienne 1-2
Take Pyaz (Onion) cubes ½ Cup
Take Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
Take Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes ½ Cup
Take Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
Take Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Take Soy sauce 1 tbs
Directions For Mutton Jalfrezi:
First of all in the pot, add cooking oil, cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, bay leaf and mix.
Then Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Then Add ground onion, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then Add mutton boneless cubes and mix well until changes color.
Then Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Then Add water, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then Add tomatoes, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Then Add water, mix and bring it to boil.
Cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender (approx. 40-50 minutes).
Then In frying pan, add cooking oil, green chili and mix well.
Then Add onion and fry for 1 minute.
Then Add capsicum and mix well.
Then Add tomato and mix well.
Then Add salt, mix well & set aside.
Then In the pot, add garam masala powder and mix well.
Then Remove and discard bay leaf.
Then Add soy sauce and mix well.
At the end add stir-fried vegetable, give it a good mix & serve.
