Ingredients For Detox Water:

Watermelon & Strawberry Ingredients:


  1. Take Watermelon 1 Cup 
  2. Take Parsley handful 
  3. Take Lime slices 4-5 
  4. Take Strawberries 5-6 
  5. Take Coldwater 6-8 Cups

Cucumber Lemon & Mint Ingredients:


  1. Take Kheera (Cucumber) 1 
  2. Take Lemon slices 4-5 
  3. Take Adrak (Ginger) slices 3-4 
  4. Take Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 
  5. Take Podina (Mint leaves) handful 
  6. Take Coldwater 6-8 Cups

Strawberry & Citrus Ingredients:


  1. Take Strawberries 4-5 
  2. Take Grapefruit slices 3-4 
  3. Take Orange slices 2 
  4. Take Kiwi 1 
  5. Take Podina (Mint leaves) handful 
  6. Take Apple cider vinegar ½ tsp 
  7. Take Coldwater 6-8 Cups

Apple & Cinnamon Ingredients:


  1. Take Podina (Mint leaves) handful 
  2. Take Adrak (Ginger) slices 6-7 
  3. Take Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2 
  4. Take Lemon slices 5-6 
  5. Take Apple slices 1 large 
  6. Take Coldwater 6-8 Cups

Directions For Detox Water:

Directions For Watermelon & Strawberry:


  1. First in a jug, add watermelon, parsley, lime slices, strawberries and cold water, stir & cover.
  2. At the end let it refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to infuse flavors.

Directions For Cucumber Lemon & Mint:


  1. First in the jug, add cucumber, lemon slices, ginger, cinnamon stick, mint leaves and cold water, stir & cover.
  2. At the end let it refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to infuse flavors.

Directions For Strawberry & Citrus:


  1. First in a jug, add strawberries, grapefruit, orange, kiwi, mint leaves, apple cider vinegar and cold water, stir & cover.
  2. At the end let it refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to infuse flavors.

Directions For Apple & Cinnamon:


  1. First in a jug, add mint leaves, ginger, cinnamon sticks, lemon slices, apple, cold water, stir & cover.
  2. At the end let it refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to infuse flavors.

Bonus Tips:


  1. Detox water can be helpful in improving and promoting general good health.
  2. For storing detox water, peel off the skin of fruits then add in water.
  3. Drink water infusions within 3 days, if not sooner. Water infusions are to be consumed fresh.
