Ingredients For Chicken Kabab Sticks:

  1. Take Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg 
  2. Take Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5 
  3. Take Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup 
  4. Take Lemon juice 1 tbs 
  5. Take Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs 
  6. Take Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs 
  7. Take Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
  8. Take Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste 
  9. Take Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
  10. Take Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp 
  11. Take Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  12. Take Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp 
  13. Take Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup 
  14. Take Dahi (Yogurt) hanged 2 tbs 
  15. Take Cooking oil
  16. Take Yogurt Mint Sauce (Dahi Podina Chutney):
  17. Take Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4 
  18. Take Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2 
  19. Take Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup 
  20. Take Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp 
  21. Take Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste 
  22. Take Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup 
  23. Take Oil 1 Tsp

Directions For Chicken Kabab Sticks:

  1. First of all In a chopper, add chicken boneless cubes, green chilies, fresh coriander and chop well.
  2. Then In a bowl, add chopped mixture, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, breadcrumbs, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, black pepper powder, cheddar cheese, yogurt and mix until well combined.
  3. Then Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Then Grease your hands with oil, take a mixture and make kabab and insert kababs onto the skewers (makes 10-12).
  5. Then Grease griddle with cooking oil and fry kababs from all sides until done.
  6. At the end Serve with yogurt mint sauce.

Yogurt Mint Sauce (Dahi Podina Chutney) For Chicken Kabab Sticks:

In a blender jar, add garlic, green chilies, mint leaves, citric acid, salt, yogurt, oil and blend until well combined.
