Chinese Egg Noodles Recipe Food Fusion - Pasta Recipes

How To Cook Chinese Egg Noodles Recipe Video Tutorial



Ingredients For Chinese Egg Noodles:


  1. Cooking oil 2-3 tbs 
  2. Anday (Eggs) 2 
  3. Bund gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup 
  4. Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup 
  5. Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) julienne ½ Cup 
  6. Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part julienne ¼ Cup 
  7. Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste 
  8. Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp 
  9. Lal Mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste 
  10. Chicken stock cube ½ piece 
  11. Soy sauce 1 tbs 
  12. Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs 
  13. Egg noodles 200 gms (boil as per pack’s instruction) 
  14. Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves

Directions For Chinese Egg Noodles:


  1. In a wok, add cooking oil, eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green onion white part and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, chicken stock cube, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
  4. Add boiled egg noodles and give it a good mix.
  5. Sprinkle green onion leaves & serve!
