How To Cook Calzone with Mince Recipe Video Tutorial


Calzone with Mince Ingredients:

White Sauce for Calzone with Mince:

  1. Take Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs 
  2. TakeLehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
  3. Take Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup 
  4. Take Cream ¼ Cup 
  5. Take Cheddar cheese ¼ Cup
  6. Take Mince Filling:
  7. Take Cooking oil 1-2 tbs 
  8. Take Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms 
  9. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  10. Take Paprika powder ½ tsp 
  11. Take Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste 
  12. Take Fresh basil leaves chopped 1 tsp
  13. Take Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium 
  14. Take Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup

Prepare Dough for Calzone with Mince:

  1. Take Pani (Water) lukewarm ¾ Cup 
  2. Take Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
  3. Take Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tsp
  4. Take Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups 
  5. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp 
  6. Take Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs 
  7. Take Olive oil 2 tbs

Assembling:

  1. Take Pizza sauce 1-2 tbs 
  2. Cooked mince filling 
  3. Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup or as required 
  4. Fresh basil leaves

Directions For Calzone with Mince:

For White Sauce:

  1. In a saucepan, add butter and let it melt, add garlic and mix well.
  2. Then Add milk, cream and whisk well.
  3. Then Add cheddar cheese, mix well and cook until desired consistency & set aside.

For Mince Filling:

  1. In a wok, add cooking oil, beef mince and mix well until changes color.
  2. Then Add salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
  3. Then Add fresh basil leaves and mix well.
  4. Then Add onion, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then Add mushrooms, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. The last add prepared white sauce, mix well and cook until dries up & let it cool down.

Prepare Dough For Calzone with Mince:

  1. In a small jug, add lukewarm water, sugar, instant yeast and mix well cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In bowl,add all-purpose flour,add salt and mix.
  3. Add yeast mixture and mix well.
  4. Add water,mix well and mix well until dough is formed.
  5. Add olive oil and knead again,cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
  6. Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth,sprinkle flour and divide the dough into four pieces.
  7. Take a small dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
  8. On half side of the dough,add and spread pizza sauce,add cooked mince filling,mozzarella cheese,fresh basil leaves and fold the other side over it and seal the edges with the help of the fork.
  9. Place prepared calzone on baking dish,grease with oil and with the help of the knife slightly add marks on the surface (makes 4).
  10. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes.
