How To Cook Bandhani Pasanday Kabab Recipe Video Tutorial
Ingredients For Bandhani Pasanday Kabab:
Take Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
Take Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
Take Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
Take Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) crushed 1 tbs
Take Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
Take Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) roasted & powdered 1 tbs
Take Javatri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
Take Dhania powder (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp
Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Take Baisan (Gram flour) 1 tsp
Take Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
Take Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
Take Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs
Take Beef fillets ½ kg (wash & pat dry)
Take Dahi (Yogurt) hanged ½ Cup

Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Take Cooking oil ½ Cup
Take Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
Take Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
Take Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
Take Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Take Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
Take Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
Take Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Take Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
Take Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Take Adrak (Ginger) julienne
Directions For Bandhani Pasanday Kabab:
First of all In a bowl, add yogurt, black pepper crushed, red chili powder, dried pomegranate seeds, cumin powder, poppy seeds, maca powder, coriander
Then powder,salt,gram flour,nutmeg powder,ginger garlic paste,green chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
Then Pound beef fillets with kitchen hammer & set aside.
Then In a bowl, add beef fillets and marination, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Then In a bowl, add yogurt, green chili, cumin seeds, salt and mix well.
Then On a working surface, place marinated beef fillets, add yogurt marination, fold & roll it then tie with kitchen thread & set aside.
Then In a pot, add cooking oil, onion and fry until translucent.
Then Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Then Add tomatoes, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Then Add marinated beef fillets and water, cover and cook on low flame until tender (approx. 35-45 minutes) and oil separates (keep turning sides in between).
