Ingredients For Bandhani Pasanday Kabab:

  1. Take Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup 
  2. Take Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp 
  3. Take Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste 
  4. Take Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) crushed 1 tbs 
  5. Take Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  6. Take Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) roasted & powdered 1 tbs 
  7. Take Javatri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp 
  8. Take Dhania powder (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp
  9. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  10. Take Baisan (Gram flour) 1 tsp
  11. Take Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp 
  12. Take Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs 
  13. Take Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs 
  14. Take Beef fillets ½ kg (wash & pat dry) 
  15. Take Dahi (Yogurt) hanged ½ Cup 
  16. Take Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs 
  17. Take Zeera powder (Cumin powder) roasted & crushed 1 tsp 
  18. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  19. Take Cooking oil ½ Cup 
  20. Take Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium 
  21. Take Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs 
  22. Take Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium 
  23. Take Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  24. Take Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp 
  25. Take Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste 
  26. Take Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp 
  27. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  28. Take Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required 
  29. Take Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 
  30. Take Adrak (Ginger) julienne

Directions For Bandhani Pasanday Kabab:

  1. First of all In a bowl, add yogurt, black pepper crushed, red chili powder, dried pomegranate seeds, cumin powder, poppy seeds, maca powder, coriander
  2. Then powder,salt,gram flour,nutmeg powder,ginger garlic paste,green chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
  3. Then Pound beef fillets with kitchen hammer & set aside.
  4. Then In a bowl, add beef fillets and marination, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Then In a bowl, add yogurt, green chili, cumin seeds, salt and mix well.
  6. Then On a working surface, place marinated beef fillets, add yogurt marination, fold & roll it then tie with kitchen thread & set aside.
  7. Then In a pot, add cooking oil, onion and fry until translucent.
  8. Then Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  9. Then Add tomatoes, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft.
  10. Then Add marinated beef fillets and water, cover and cook on low flame until tender (approx. 35-45 minutes) and oil separates (keep turning sides in between).
  11. At the end add fresh coriander, ginger & serve.
