Ingredients For Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Nuggets:

Chicken Nuggets with Noodles:

  1. Take Pani (Water) 2 Cups 
  2. Take Kolson Fiery Chatpata Noodles doodles 1 pack 
  3. Take Chicken boneless cubes 300 gms (pat dry) 
  4. Take Bread slice 1 
  5. Take Dried parsley 1 Tsp
  6. Take Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs 
  7. Take Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp 
  8. Take Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste 
  9. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  10. Take Anda (Egg) 1 
  11. Take Chatpata tastemaker 1 sachet 
  12. Take Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs 
  13. Take Cooking oil 1 Tsp
  14. Take Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required 
  15. Take Cooking oil for frying

Vegetable Nuggets with Noodles:

  1. Take Boiling water as required 
  2. Take Aloo (Potatoes) cubes 1 Cup 
  3. Take Gajar (Carrot) cubes 1 Cup 
  4. Take Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) 1 Cup 
  5. Take Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup 
  6. Take Bread slice 1 
  7. Take Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 3 tbs 
  8. Take Anda (Egg) 1 
  9. Take Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup 
  10. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste 
  11. Take Dried parsley 1 Tsp
  12. Take Onion powder 1 Tsp
  13. Take Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 Tsp
  14. Take Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste 
  15. Take Chatpata tastemaker 1 sachet 
  16. Take Bread slice 1 
  17. Take Cooking oil 1 Tsp
  18. Take Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required 
  19. Take Cooking oil for frying

Directions For Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Nuggets:

Chicken Nuggets with Noodles:

  1. First In a saucepan, add water and bring it to boil.
  2. Then Place strainer, add kolson noodle cake and boil for 2-3 minutes and keep stirring in between then strain & set aside.
  3. Then In the chopper, add chicken, bread slice, dried parsley, fresh coriander, garlic, black pepper powder, salt, egg, chatpata tastemaker and chop until well combined.
  4. Then Add breadcrumbs (if the batter is too soft), chop well & set aside.
  5. Then In a bowl, add boiled noodles, cooking oil and mix well.
  6. Then add chopped chicken mixture and mix well.
  7. Then Grease hands with oil, take a mixture and make a nuggets shape (makes 18-20).
  8. Then coat in breadcrumbs and can be stored for up to 1 month in the freezer.
  9. At the end In frying pan, heat cooking oil and fry nuggets until golden brown.

Vegetable Nuggets with Noodles:

  1. First In boiling water, place strainer, add potatoes and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then Add carrots and boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Then Add cauliflower, peas and boil for 4-5 minutes then strain & let them cool.
  4. Then In the chopper, add bread slice, fresh coriander, boiled vegetables, egg, corn kernels, salt, dried parsley, onion powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder,chatpata tastemaker and chop until well combined.
  5. Then Add bread slice (if the batter is runny) and chop again.
  6. Then In a bowl, add boiled noodles, cooking oil and mix well.
  7. Then add chopped vegetable mixture and mix well.
  8. Then Grease hands with oil, take a mixture and make a nuggets shape (makes 18-20).
  9. Then coat in breadcrumbs and can be stored for up to 1-2 weeks in the freezer.
  10. Then In frying pan, heat cooking oil and fry nuggets until golden brown.
